Dali's Tattoo Studio, also known as Graphic Tribe Tattoos, is located in Ebisu, Shibuya, Tokyo. The studio has operated in Ebisu since 2008, after first opening in Naka-Meguro in 2001. Artist Dali Rău, originally from Bucharest and a graduate of the Nicolae Tonitza art school, has been tattooing for 33 years and has lived in Japan for nearly 31 years. The studio specializes in black-and-grey, black-only work, focusing on realistic imagery such as portraits and animals, while also offering biomechanical, abstract, stylized, tribal, and lettering designs. Every piece is a custom, hand-drawn original, created without the use of AI.

The studio operates by appointment only, with no walk-ins accepted, and does not take clients under 20 years old. Hygiene and safety are emphasized: needles, ink, gloves, razors, and ointments are single-use, tattoo machine parts are sterilized with an ultraviolet sterilization cabinet, and an air purifier runs continuously in the studio. Equipment is sourced primarily from Japan and the United States. Beyond tattooing, Dali Rău has also been active as a fine art painter since 2019.
