Labyrinth Tattoos & VI Laser

Labyrinth Tattoos & VI Laser is a custom tattoo studio in Nanaimo, British Columbia, offering traditional body tattooing alongside permanent cosmetics and laser hair removal. The team approaches every piece as a work of art meant to last a lifetime, holding designs to a high standard of craftsmanship whether a client arrives with a reference image or develops an original concept collaboratively with an artist. The studio's senior artist, Maria, has received award recognition for her work and leads a small team of artists offering custom tattoos, cover-ups, and flash pieces.

The shop operates by appointment, with tattoo bookings available in person, by phone, through Facebook, or by email, and a minimum deposit required to secure a slot. Clients must be 18 or older, and the studio maintains a strict no-children policy at tattoo and laser appointments. The space is fragrance-free and designated an LGBTQ+ safe zone, reflecting a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Regular hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday available by appointment only. Beyond tattooing, the studio also offers apprenticeship opportunities for those looking to enter the trade.
