Inkworld Tattoo is a private, appointment-only tattoo studio serving Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Founded in 1996 by artist Scott Hankins, the shop has built a reputation as a multi award-winning, world-renowned name in the region's tattoo scene. The studio specializes in custom tattooing, working closely with clients to turn personal ideas into finished pieces rather than offering off-the-shelf designs. Safety is treated as a top priority, and the shop maintains industry-specific bloodborne pathogen training to ensure a clean, professional environment for every client.
Because the studio does not accept walk-ins, clients are asked to reach out ahead of time by text, phone, or email to discuss design ideas, placement, and scheduling before their visit. Scott Hankins has spent years traveling the country to learn from artists coast to coast, continually refining his craft as a self-described "gypsy artist." That dedication to growth and craftsmanship shapes the studio's approach, blending technical skill with a genuine passion for the people who walk through its doors. The result is a tattoo experience centered on quality, trust, and individualized artwork.
