Saturnia Tattoos & Lucky’s Tattoo Museum

Saturnia Tattoos operates within Lucky's Tattoo Museum in Upper Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand's only tattoo museum. The studio was established in February 2019, with the museum itself opening in November 2018, and is owned by Dre Rock and his wife Ludo Rock. Visitors are welcomed to browse the museum and chat with the artists about future tattoo plans, with the space open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm.

The studio offers both custom work and flash pieces, catering to a wide range of styles including Traditional, Ta Moko, Neo Traditional, Horror, Japanese, Realism, Pop Culture and Anime. Its artist lineup includes Dre, Ludo, Stephen, Jo and Sage, each bringing their own specialties to the shop. The team emphasizes making clients feel comfortable and at ease throughout the tattooing process, encouraging questions at every step. Alongside tattooing services, the studio also provides gift cards and aftercare products to support clients before and after their sessions.
