Where it sits
The circular composition suits a rounded area like the upper back, chest, or thigh where the full radial symmetry can be seen at once. It could also work on a forearm if slightly cropped, but the lightning bolts reaching to the edges need width to avoid feeling cramped. Shrinking it below a mid-size format will lose the fine cloud shading and the radiating light lines behind the figure.
