Where it sits
This is a wide, domed composition with a horizontal base band, which suits the forearm, upper arm, thigh, or upper back where the width can be shown flat. Shrinking it too far will muddy the scrollwork on the lower band and the individual pearl beading along the arches. A calf or sternum placement could also work given the symmetry and downward taper of the design.
