The shop offers custom tattoo work built around client-submitted designs, with customers able to text in their desired size, placement, and specific changes ahead of booking. Appointments are scheduled online, and the studio also offers gift cards for those looking to give the experience as a present. The team is made up of multiple working artists, each with their own individual portfolio and Instagram presence, giving clients a range of styles and specialties to choose from when picking the right artist for their piece.

Alongside tattooing, the studio provides body piercing services for clients in the Kingsport area. The shop keeps regular walk-in-friendly hours, open Monday through Saturday from noon to 8pm, and welcomes visitors to stop by in person to discuss ideas with an artist before booking. With an active social media presence on Instagram and Facebook, the studio shares ongoing work from its artists and stays connected with the local tattoo community. Clients are encouraged to communicate directly with their chosen artist beforehand to make sure every custom design is planned out properly prior to the appointment.
