Body Graphics Tattooing has been Reno's tattoo destination since 1976, making it Nevada's oldest tattoo shop. The studio is run by third-generation tattooer Jesse Martynuik, whose father Guy opened the shop and learned the craft from his own father, a tattooer known as "Picture Machine" who opened San Francisco's oldest running tattoo shop. The team also includes artists who came up through legendary street shops and tattoo parlors in Bakersfield and Los Angeles, bringing decades of combined experience to the chairs. The shop's motto, "if we don't have it you don't need it," reflects its long-standing reputation in the local tattoo community.
The artists cover every style of tattooing, including traditional, color, black and grey, fine line, portraits, American Traditional, and 70's biker art, with an emphasis on bold, clean designs meant to hold up over time. Walk-ins are welcome, and the shop is open every day from 10am to 10pm, making it easy to drop in for anything from a small custom piece to a larger project. The team's combined backgrounds bring a street-shop energy paired with real craftsmanship, and clients can browse individual artist portfolios to find the right fit for their next tattoo.
