The shop specializes in traditional, fine-line, portraiture, new age, fantasy, and tribal tattooing, with Oriental work as Tom's specialty, while Mick focuses on botanicals, birds, and insects.
Beyond custom tattooing, the studio offers restoration of images damaged by aging or ultraviolet exposure, along with re-working and covering of designs that were poorly applied elsewhere. Its sterilization, disinfection, and infection-control standards were originally written for the FDA in 1988 and have since been adopted by responsible artists and piercers in the United States and abroad. Tattooing is done primarily by appointment with an advance deposit required, though walk-ins are welcome if space permits. The studio is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday, with private session work reserved for Mondays and Tuesdays, and remains closed on Sundays.
