Old School Tattoo & Piercing has served downtown Bellingham, Washington since 1999, offering both custom tattoo work and professional body piercing under one roof. The shop is home to a team of tattooers alongside dedicated piercers, with Jupiter, also known as JD, serving as a body piercer on staff. Jupiter joined Old School in 2017, initially working the front desk before completing a two-year apprenticeship under the shop's head piercer and finishing her own apprenticeship in 2023.

Jupiter approaches piercing as a form of body modification that helps clients feel more fully like themselves, viewing the work as a way for people to present themselves to the world as they truly want to be seen. Clients can reach Jupiter directly through Instagram to ask questions before booking. Old School Tattoo & Piercing operates Tuesday through Saturday, with Monday available by appointment only, and piercers keep their own individual schedules within those hours. The studio continues to serve the Bellingham and greater Whatcom County community with a full roster of tattoo artists and piercers.
