Banana Peel Tattoo & Art Gallery is a custom tattoo studio and contemporary art gallery in Arlington, Virginia, built around a collective of international artists with formal fine arts education. The space doubles as a functioning art gallery, giving clients an immersive, creative environment alongside their tattoo experience. The team brings professional experience rooted in the industry since 2013 and specializes in custom color and black & gray tattoos, tattoo correction and restoration, cover-up tattoos, and laser tattoo removal, covering styles ranging from delicate fine line work to vibrant watercolor designs and complex realism sleeves.
All tattoos are custom-designed around each client's ideas, references, and personal story, with the design process included in the price. Members of the team have earned numerous first-place awards at major US and European tattoo conventions and are frequently invited to judge international tattoo events. Serving Arlington, Alexandria, and the wider Northern Virginia area, the studio positions itself as a hub where international artists collaborate and exchange technique, open daily from 9am to 7pm for consultations and appointments.
