Beelistic Tattoo and Piercing is a longtime fixture of the Cincinnati tattoo scene, established in 1988. The original location opened in Clifton Heights in 2004, when founder and world-famous tattoo artist Bee returned to his hometown after 17 years working in San Francisco and Philadelphia. That three-story shop sits just off the University of Cincinnati campus and offers one of the largest selections of tattoo flash in the area, alongside custom tattoo work built around clients' own ideas. Walk-ins are always welcome across all locations.
The studio has since expanded to three Cincinnati locations. Beelistic on Vine, opened in 2011 near the Short Vine entertainment district, is the largest of the three, with a dedicated tattoo studio on its first floor and a piercing studio above. Beelistic Tattoo East, also opened in 2011, offers a more intimate setting where a small crew splits its time between walk-ins and appointments, with a particular focus on custom tattoos. Piercing services feature an extensive selection of jewelry, including gold, white gold, rose gold, CZ, and diamond pieces, all fitted using implant-grade titanium, with free consultations offered at every shop.
