Tattoo Lady has served Hammond, Indiana since 1997, when Kelly Voris opened the studio as a tattoo and body piercing shop built around comfort and hospitality. From the start, the goal has been to create a space where every client feels welcome and at ease while getting a great tattoo at a reasonable price. That founding philosophy still shapes the studio today, offering both tattooing and piercing services under one roof for the local community.
The atmosphere at this Hammond studio emphasizes a relaxed, friendly experience rather than an intimidating one, making it approachable for first-time clients and seasoned collectors alike. Alongside custom tattoo work, the shop provides body piercing services, and it maintains an active presence for clients to connect and stay updated, including through Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp. The studio is currently looking to expand its piercing team, reflecting continued growth in that side of the business. With decades of history in the area, Tattoo Lady remains a long-standing fixture of Hammond's tattoo scene, rooted in its original mission of quality work delivered in a welcoming environment.
