Over the Moon Tattoo Studio is a private, queer/trans owned and operated tattoo studio in Plymouth, Massachusetts, established in 2023. The studio was founded by artist Ash, who has been getting tattooed since 2013 and tattooing since 2017, drawing on their own experiences as both client and artist to build a space that feels welcoming rather than intimidating. The approach centers on open communication, client autonomy, and helping people feel safe throughout the tattooing process, recognizing that getting tattooed can be a vulnerable experience as well as a beautiful and affirming one.

The studio welcomes clients of any age 18 and up, race, gender, size, or ability, reflecting its commitment to inclusive, judgment-free service. Operating as a suite within a shared building alongside other studio businesses, Over the Moon keeps a boutique, personal atmosphere for appointments. It is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and clients can reach the studio by phone or email to book or ask questions. Booking and consent forms are available directly through the studio for those preparing for an appointment.
