Sanctuary Tattoo Emporium is a tattoo studio in Plymouth, Massachusetts, co-owned by artists Jaxx and Kristen, who joined forces after recognizing their complementary artistic talents and shared ability to draw a diverse clientele. Jaxx enjoys inking a wide range of designs, with Renaissance biblical scenes and characters among his particular favorites, while Kristen is known for her precision, specializing in geometric work and other designs that demand absolute accuracy. Their combined styles help the shop serve a broad mix of clients seeking very different kinds of tattoo art under one roof.
The studio's interior is hand-painted with elaborate three-dimensional wall scenes, creating an immersive, art-filled environment for clients. Visitors can browse a tattoo gallery of completed work before booking, and the shop maintains a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where clients are encouraged to feel comfortable throughout the design and tattooing process. The space includes a sectional couch for guests to wait or relax on during sessions. Sanctuary Tattoo Emporium is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons into the evening, as well as Sunday afternoons, with Monday and Thursday closed.
