Riptide Tattoo serves clients in the Plymouth, Massachusetts area, operating by appointment only. The studio's tattoo work is led by artist Drew Risk, who has been tattooing since 2015 and specializes in black & grey realism, American traditional, and watercolor style tattoos. Drawing on a background in painting and fine arts, Risk works with clients in both greywash and full color to bring their tattoo ideas to life. Alongside tattooing, the studio also offers piercing services, performed by Doc Johnson.
The shop keeps a focused schedule, with tattoo appointments available Tuesday through Saturday from 12:30 until close, and piercing appointments offered Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:30 to 6:30. Booking ahead is required for both services. With a small, dedicated team covering a range of styles from bold traditional linework to detailed black & grey realism and painterly watercolor pieces, Riptide Tattoo caters to clients seeking custom, artist-driven tattoo work in a personal, appointment-based setting.
