Rosemont Tattoo is a tattoo and piercing studio located in Frederick, Maryland, operating on a combination of appointments and walk-ins depending on artist availability. The shop is home to a roster of independent artists, including Luke Mullins, Arion Carr, Brett Armstrong, Nick Robinson, Pat Koester, and Jon Hearn, along with a dedicated piercer, Michelle. Each artist maintains their own booking platforms and social media presence, and clients are encouraged to call ahead or use the studio's contact form to check who is available and schedule custom work.
The studio welcomes walk-in visitors but notes that schedules vary daily, so calling ahead is recommended to confirm which artist is on hand. Piercing services are also offered on-site. Rosemont Tattoo maintains a strict 18-and-over policy, tattooing no minors even with parental consent, and requires a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments, reflecting the time invested in designing each custom piece. Clients booking a session are advised to arrive on time and to discuss aftercare directly with their artist to support proper healing. Overall, the studio positions itself as a professional, appointment-driven environment supporting a team of independent tattoo and piercing artists in Frederick.
