Fatty's Tattoos & Piercings has served the Silver Spring, Maryland community since 2015, part of a tattoo and piercing group that has operated in the Washington DC and Maryland area since 1994. The Silver Spring location offers tattooing and piercing services for adults 18 and up, plus piercing services for minors ages 5 and older, and sits just two blocks from the Silver Spring Red Line Metro station. The shop is staffed by knowledgeable, skilled artists and piercers dedicated to providing a strong customer experience, with all artists completing annual cross-contamination prevention and blood-borne pathogen training.

Body piercing customers have access to one of the largest selections of body jewelry in the Washington DC metro area, featuring premium brands guaranteed for life by their manufacturers. Clients can book tattoo and piercing appointments online, and the studio maintains an active presence on Instagram to share updates on artists, events, and promotions.
