12th Avenue Tattoo is Nampa, Idaho's longest running female-owned and operated tattoo studio, established in 2011 in the heart of downtown Nampa. The shop offers award-winning custom tattoos alongside standard traditional piercings, backed by a combined team experience of more than 30 years in the industry. It was opened in part to change the face of the local tattoo industry and to provide a safe, welcoming environment for tattoos and piercings throughout the Treasure Valley, serving a multi-generational clientele in a space that is family friendly, non-stuffy, and ADA safe.

Beyond custom tattoo work, the studio is known for its paramedical tattooing services, led by owner artist Nina, who specializes in scar camouflage, areola reconstruction and repair, and reconstructive and regenerative tattooing. This trauma-informed work addresses skin affected by surgery, trauma, or medical conditions, using color-matched, carefully mapped techniques aimed at natural, seamless results and both physical and emotional healing. The studio also sells custom apparel and home goods and offers gift cards. It is open Wednesday through Sunday, from 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
