Outlaw Tattoo serves Montgomery, Alabama as part of a two-studio operation alongside a sister shop in Prattville, together billed as the River Region's premier tattoo destination. The studio's roster of hand-picked artists is available for walk-ins every day, though clients seeking a specific artist or larger-scale work are encouraged to book ahead. Larger custom pieces are handled across multiple sessions, with clients paying only for the work completed each visit rather than the full piece upfront, and cover-up work is also accommodated by the team.
The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 8pm and closed Sundays and Mondays. Guests are welcome to bring in reference material such as sketches, photos, print-outs, paintings, or t-shirts to help artists develop a custom design. Pricing is structured either by the hour or by the piece depending on the project, and clients working on extensive tattoos are encouraged to schedule multiple appointments in advance to keep larger projects moving steadily toward completion. Piercing services are offered through the sister Prattville location.
