Shifty Whiskers Tattoo Studio
650 Mountain View Road, Reading, PA 19607
Shifty Whiskers Tattoo Studio is a private, appointment-only tattoo studio serving the greater Reading, Pennsylvania area. Opened in 2022, the studio operates as a small, independent shop built around personalized, one-on-one attention rather than a high-volume walk-in model. Clients work exclusively with their chosen artist to develop their tattoo vision, in a calm, comfortable setting designed to make the entire process feel unhurried and considered. The studio is staffed by two full-time artists and is available seven days a week for appointments.
The team is led by owner Scott Loeb, who began tattooing and body piercing in the mid-2000s after working in his father's screen printing business. Black and grey realism is his specialty, though he works comfortably across many styles. Fellow artist Tori began her tattoo career in 2021 under Scott's mentorship, having been his client for six years beforehand. Together they bring a broad range of technical skill and artistic style to every piece. The result is a studio that blends elevated craftsmanship with a relaxed, welcoming environment for anyone seeking custom tattoo work in Reading.
