Papanatos Tattoos

Papanatos Tattoos is a multi-artist studio in The Hague, Netherlands, bringing together a team of tattooers whose specialties span a wide range of styles. The team includes artists working in blackwork, fineline, bold and ornamental designs, as well as traditional, 90's traditional, all-round and Japanese-influenced tattooing, and black-and-color work. Owner Kim Rense tattoos mostly blackwork, fineline and bold pieces, while fellow artists Erik de Haan, Gustavo Contreiras, Dana Biever, Tom Caramels, Eric Pronk and Nora Mabrouki each bring their own distinct focus, from ornamental linework to painterly, illustrative approaches.

Appointments at the studio are best arranged in person during opening hours, which run seven days a week, or by email for those living outside the area. Designs are created on the day of the appointment rather than sent in advance, so clients are encouraged to know what they want beforehand. The studio welcomes one guest per client, offers gift cards, and occasionally hosts guest artists or travels for guest spots, with updates shared through its social media channels. This straightforward, walk-in-friendly approach reflects a shop built around close collaboration between client and artist.
