Hawks Electric Tattoos has been offering solid, clean tattoos to the Tampa Bay area since 2011, based in Tampa's Seminole Heights neighborhood. Established by Tampa native Joe Hawks, the shop was built around a passion for tattooing and a commitment to preserving classic street shop traditions. The team includes artists Joe Hawks, Max Councill, and Devin Bennett, each bringing their own individual style while remaining well-suited to accommodate a wide range of tattoo requests, from custom designs to more traditional work.

Creating timeless, custom tattoos for every client drives the shop's approach, and customers are encouraged to bring in their own ideas to develop something personal. The studio keeps an extensive collection of original, hand-painted flash created in-house alongside classic flash designs, all available for walk-ins to browse in person. In-person consultations for custom pieces are preferred, and visitors are welcome to stop by, look through the portfolio, and get a feel for the shop before booking. The space reflects a genuine, easygoing street shop atmosphere rooted in classic tattooing culture.
