The studio began in 2001 as Whole Addiction Tattoo & Piercing, was rebuilt in 2014 as Timeless Craft Tattoo, and evolved into its current form in 2024, all while maintaining the same standard of craftsmanship under different names. It is local artist owned and operated, with a licensed professional team bringing over 40 years of combined experience to every appointment, from first tattoos to elaborate custom pieces, as well as classic and trend-setting piercing work.

The shop moves away from an open-floor layout, giving each client a private room equipped with a large-screen television and streaming options, or music, during their session. Clean, modern equipment, careful sterilization techniques, and single-use disposable supplies are used throughout to keep the experience safe and comfortable. Tattoo services run by appointment only, while piercings are available as walk-ins every Thursday from 3 to 6 PM in addition to scheduled bookings.
