Tattooer Matt Manning started tattooing in 2011 and has been working in Tallahassee since 2012, bringing over 15 years of experience to the shop. Beyond tattooing, he also works as a sign painter and graphic designer for businesses across the United States, and his portfolio spans bold imagery like wizards, clowns, and animal designs such as panthers, lions, tigers, and dragons.
