Amulet Tattoos has been part of the St. Petersburg, Florida tattoo scene since it opened in November 2011, built with the goal of creating an atmosphere that motivates its artists while offering a clean, comfortable environment for clients. The shop is open seven days a week and welcomes walk-ins daily on a first come, first served basis, with those closer to opening time given the best chance of availability. Clients can also book appointments by browsing individual artists' portfolios and submitting a request directly through the studio.

The team includes a roster of resident artists—Richard, Alex, Hannah, Savannah, Cody, Nick, Tim, Caleb, Dean, and Joey—each with their own portfolio and approach to the craft. Whatever style of tattooing a client is interested in, the studio states it has it covered, encouraging visitors to stop by, look through artist portfolios in person, and talk through ideas before committing to a piece. Whether the goal is a small walk-in design or a larger custom project, Amulet Tattoos invites guests to see the space and meet the crew firsthand.
