While all styles are welcome, the team's main focus lies on realistic, black and grey, and oldschool tattooing. They prefer working freehand or from custom designs drawn specifically for each client and tattooed only once, ensuring every piece is unique. Customers without a design in mind can browse an in-house collection of roughly 300,000 motifs across every genre for inspiration.

Cover-ups of old or botched tattoos are another specialty, with examples on display in the studio's gallery. Piercing services are also available during opening hours, backed by the largest selection of titanium first-insertion jewelry in the Bergisches Land region. As a member of the Deutsche Organisierte Tätowierer e.V. (D.O.T.), the studio maintains high hygiene standards that are regularly inspected by the local health authority. Pricing and appointments are arranged only in person at the studio in Wuppertal, where visitors are encouraged to simply stop by and get a feel for the space and the quality of the work on offer.
