LSD Tattoo Berlin

LSD Tattoo Berlin has operated in the city since 2011, running two studios — one in Prenzlauer Berg and one in Charlottenburg, both close to U-Bahn stations and open for walk-ins by prior arrangement. The team consists of twenty-four tattoo artists, each with a distinct visual signature, covering styles including Realistic, Blackwork, Fineline, Neotraditional, Geometric, Japanese, and Lettering, as well as Black and Grey, Color, Photorealistic, Mandala, Maori, Minimalistic, and Traditional work. The studio also offers cover-ups, drawing on artists experienced in transforming older tattoos into new designs.

The approach centers on taking time with every client: listening first, then sketching, then tattooing, so each design develops through conversation from initial idea to final line. Hygiene is treated as a non-negotiable standard, with needles meeting EU norms and inks sourced from certified manufacturers. Beyond tattooing, the studio runs a tattoo apprenticeship program, publishes a journal, and hosts events and pop-ups. Appointment requests receive a response within two working days, including a suggested artist match based on the desired motif, placement, and style. With locations in two of Berlin's central neighborhoods, the studio positions itself as a consistent, craft-driven address for a wide range of tattoo styles.
