Flaming Gun Tattoo Studio

Flaming Gun Tattoo Studio, located in Colchester, is owned and run by tattooist Julie Clarke and piercer and laser specialist Kai Edwards, alongside tattooists Doug Fawkes and Alex Bach. The studio offers all styles of tattooing, including cover-ups and work on scar tissue, with a strong focus on custom designs supported by a large collection of artwork on display for inspiration. Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins are sometimes available depending on time.

The studio is a health department registered and licensed premises, with every tattooist, piercer and laser operator individually licensed and using up-to-date sterile methods. It describes itself as multiple award winning, maintaining a friendly, relaxed atmosphere while ensuring each client receives dedicated, uninterrupted time with their tattooist. To protect focus during sessions, under-18s are not permitted in the studio and spectators are not allowed during appointments. The reception team is knowledgeable, heavily tattooed and on hand to answer questions and arrange bookings, with consultations available with the tattooist when required.
