Inka Studios

Inka Studios is one of Derby's longest-standing tattoo studios, home to professionals with 50 years of combined experience. The team caters to clients of all ages and backgrounds, offering tattoos in a wide range of styles and sizes alongside professional body piercing services. Beyond tattooing and piercing, the studio provides laser removal for tattoos and hair, and runs training courses for those looking to become professional tattoo artists or body piercers through The Body Art Academy. The studio is fully licensed and regulated by local authorities, with every professional registered with the local council.

A strict hygiene regime underpins everything at the studio, with single-use disposable needles, pre-packed sterilised equipment, and hospital-grade disinfectants used throughout every procedure. Non-disposable tools go through an ultrasonic bath and vacuum autoclave sterilisation cycle, with all equipment serviced annually. Clients receive full aftercare guidance and a take-home aftercare sheet following their appointment. Based in Derby, the studio is easily accessible for travel and welcomes nervous first-timers as warmly as regulars, with a friendly team on hand to answer questions. Ben Memmory, the studio owner and senior artist, specialises in all styles with a particular love of realism.
