Urban Ink has been tattooing in Southend-on-Sea for over 20 years, having first opened its doors there in 2005, and is recognized as one of the longest established tattoo studios in Essex. The Southend studio is part of a small family of Urban Ink locations across the region, with its team of resident artists working across a broad range of styles, including black & grey, portrait, realism, blackwork, Japanese, geometric and surrealism.
Clients can bring their own design, choose a piece from the studio's books, or work with an artist on a fully bespoke tattoo built around their idea. Alongside custom tattooing, the studio also offers cover-up work and body piercing, with walk-ins welcome. Gift cards can be purchased in-studio or online as instant e-cards, letting the recipient choose their own artist. Booking begins with a simple enquiry to the team to discuss the concept before getting inked.
