Tim Baxley Tattoos is a tattoo studio in Palatka, Florida, built around the work of a multimedia artist who has been tattooing and creating art professionally since 1994. With more than 25 years of full-time experience, the artist's specialty is tattoo restoration, taking on the challenge of fixing poorly executed tattoos and reworking them into something the client can be proud of. Beyond tattooing, the artist's creative background extends into web design, graphic design, and social media marketing, reflecting a broad, multimedia approach to art.
The career behind this studio spans several states, including Georgia, Florida, California, and Texas, beginning in Atlanta at Sacred Heart Tattoo L5P/ATL and continuing through shops such as Tornado Tattoo, Black Cat Tattoo, Lucky Draw Tattoo, Revelation Ink Tattoo Emporium, and Olde School Tattoo, among others. In 2006, the artist opened Southside Tattoo in East Point, Georgia, running it for six years, and also helped found Aces & Eights Tattoo in Augusta in 2003. That depth of experience across different shops and regions now informs the tattooing offered locally, with restorations and custom design as the core focus.
