Custom Concepts Tattoos and Designs has operated in Miramar Beach, Florida since 2005, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the Destin area. Owner and lead artist Terry Dutra specializes in custom and neo-traditional work, alongside artists Nick Holt, who focuses on black and grey, realism, neo-traditional, and anime styles, and Sandra Martin, known for black and grey realism, fine line, religious themes, animals, florals, portraits, and horror icons. The studio emphasizes a deliberate, unhurried process, working from a client's concept through sketching and revision until the design is right before any tattooing begins.
The shop offers custom tattoos, cover-up work, fine line and detail tattooing, and touch-ups on pieces done in-house, and it keeps time open for walk-ins when availability allows. Custom Concepts Tattoos and Designs describes itself as Miramar Beach's most reviewed tattoo shop, with clients traveling long distances for appointments and returning for repeat work. The studio is located directly on the main highway between Destin and Fort Walton Beach, and consultations can be booked by phone, text, or through an online contact form for those planning custom pieces.
