True To You Tattoo is a family-friendly, award-winning custom tattoo studio in Melbourne, Florida, owned and operated by artist Jayvo Scott, an internationally known second-generation tattooist who has been a Brevard County resident for over 25 years and previously competed on Spike TV's Ink Master. Owned by Jayvo since 2016, the studio focuses on exactly what each client wants, offering a one-of-a-kind experience built on respect, integrity, and professionalism rather than the stereotypical tattoo parlor feel. Complimentary consultations, as well as virtual consultations, are available so clients can plan their tattoo before ever stepping into the shop.
The studio's team covers a wide range of specialties, from bold color and cartoon, anime, and watercolor work to bright fantasy and pop-culture pieces, traditional tattooing, cover-ups and reworks, creepy imagery, and black and grey realism. Artists have backgrounds ranging from Brevard County locals to a Navy veteran and a French-trained apprentice, giving clients access to varied styles and approaches under one roof. Photos and memorabilia honoring Jayvo's father, who taught him the craft, fill the space, and a neon "Happy Tattooing" sign keeps his memory present. The shop is open daily and welcomes walk-ins for consultations during business hours.
