This is a long vertical design, so it suits the forearm, shin, or spine where the elongated shaft can run uninterrupted. The bulbous crown and orb at the top and the ornate finial at the base need enough width to keep their jewelled detailing legible, so a narrow strip like a finger or wrist would flatten the carving. A back piece or thigh would also let the full length breathe without cramming the fleur-de-lis banding.
