Where it sits
The circular frame and tall symmetrical wingspan make this best suited to broad, flat areas like the back, chest or a large thigh panel where the full radius can be preserved. On a forearm or calf the wings would need to compress or wrap awkwardly, so the composition loses proportion at smaller or curved sites. Shrinking it below a mid-back size will blur the armor filigree and snake scales.
