Shipers Laser Tattoo Removal Center Dallas is a veteran-owned business located in Allen, Texas, serving the greater Dallas and Fort Worth area. Founded by Billy Shipers in the spring of 2018, the business is run by Billy alongside Cindy Wheeler, who joined in January 2022, with their daughter, Alexys Tran, BSN, assisting clients as a laser technician. The team focuses on laser tattoo removal and fading, using laser technology designed to break up ink particles so the body's immune system can naturally clear them, and they emphasize working with the safest technology on the market at economical prices.
Beyond tattoo removal, the center also offers removal treatments for eyebrows and sunspots. Clients can request a free, no-pressure consultation by phone or by texting a photo of their tattoo for a session quote. The atmosphere is personal and approachable, built around a small family-run team that prides itself on getting to know its clients. Shipers Laser Tattoo Removal Center is open Monday through Friday from noon to 7pm and Saturday from noon to 5pm, closed on Sundays, welcoming clients from Allen and the surrounding communities.
