Gretchen's Hair & Nail Garden is a welcoming studio bringing skilled tattooing to Marinette's tight-knit community. Clients can expect a comfortable, unhurried atmosphere where the craft is taken seriously and personal consultations help bring ideas to life. Styles that feel right at home here include traditional American work with its bold lines and timeless imagery, nature-inspired blackwork, and fine line pieces that suit those looking for something delicate and precise — all executed with care and professionalism.
Marinette sits on the northern shores of Green Bay where Wisconsin meets Michigan's Upper Peninsula, a working waterfront town shaped by the woods, water, and the rugged pride of the Great Lakes region. That spirit draws a clientele who tend to favor meaningful, lasting artwork — imagery rooted in the outdoors, family, and local heritage. Getting tattooed here feels personal in the way only a smaller city can offer, where artists genuinely know their community and the work reflects it.
