Wild Bill's has been tattooing Roseville since 1974, making it the oldest single-owner tattoo shop in California and a longstanding landmark at the corner of Lincoln and Vernon for five decades. A staff of ten male and female artists works across a wide range of styles, including black and grey, realism, illustrative tattooing, and neo-traditional, with an emphasis on custom and freehand designs created specifically for each client. The approach centers on collaboration between artist and client, encouraging people to take part in shaping their own permanent artwork so the final piece carries real depth, dimension, and detail.

Beyond tattooing, the studio offers body piercing, with walk-ins accepted for piercings while tattoo appointments are preferred so each session gets undivided attention. Health and safety are treated as a priority throughout the shop, with sterilization monitored and tested on a weekly basis and single-service supplies used whenever possible. Artists and piercers walk clients through procedures beforehand and provide written aftercare instructions afterward. Open seven days a week, Wild Bill's continues to serve a loyal, longtime clientele in Roseville and the surrounding community.
