The shop is owned by Danielle Oberosler, an award-winning and internationally published female tattooer with 34 years of tattoo experience, who also authored the Spotlight column for Skin & Ink Magazine for 10 years. She began tattooing in 1992, working in Hollywood on Melrose Avenue as well as in Australia and Washington DC, before opening The Tattoo Room in 2004 alongside Japanese tattoo specialist Robert Atkinson. She later partnered with Heather Sinn of Ink Master for 10 years, collaborating with tattooers from around the globe.
The studio offers custom tattoo work spanning a wide range of subjects, from cover-ups to playful themes like mermaids and personal, story-driven pieces such as vintage car designs. Walk-in availability is offered alongside scheduled appointments, and piercing services are provided in addition to tattooing.
