Ray's House of Arts is a dedicated tattoo studio bringing skilled, professional artistry to the Mountain State. Clients can expect a welcoming atmosphere where the craft is taken seriously — the kind of shop where consultations are thoughtful and the work speaks for itself. Given the rugged, nature-rich character of the Appalachian region, styles like American traditional, blackwork, and detailed illustrative work feel right at home here, translating the bold spirit of the mountains into lasting skin art.
Paw Paw sits quietly in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle, nestled along the Potomac River where the landscape is defined by dense ridgelines and a deep sense of place. The people who come through this part of Appalachia tend to carry strong regional pride, and that shows in the tattoos they seek — meaningful, enduring imagery rooted in the land and its stories. Getting tattooed here feels personal, unhurried, and connected to something genuinely local.
