Demented Designs Tattoo Studio is a professional tattoo shop bringing serious craft to the heart of West Virginia. The atmosphere balances edge with approachability, welcoming everyone from first-timers to heavily tattooed collectors. Artists here work comfortably across styles that resonate with the region's bold aesthetic — traditional American, blackwork, and neo-traditional all feel naturally at home, with bold linework and rich, lasting color defining much of the portfolio. Clients can expect attentive, personalized service and a commitment to work that holds up for a lifetime.
Buckhannon sits in Upshur County, a small Appalachian city shaped by deep community ties, mountain heritage, and a quietly creative spirit. The clientele reflects that character — locals who take pride in meaningful, story-driven ink, students from West Virginia Wesleyan College bringing younger energy to the chair, and visitors passing through the rolling hills who leave with a piece of the region permanently etched into their skin.
