Baltimore Tattoo Arts Con brings together hundreds of tattoo artists, entertainers, and vendors for a three-day celebration of tattoo culture at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore. The festival runs Friday through Sunday, with artists tattooing live throughout the event—many taking walk-ups for smaller pieces, while others prefer appointments booked in advance for larger or more specific work. The event is all ages, with free admission for children under 12, though anyone getting tattooed must be 18 or older with valid government-issued photo ID. Alongside the tattooing itself, attendees can expect live entertainment, art exhibitions, and a marketplace of unique vendors, plus daily performance schedules.

The convention is organized by Villain Arts, founded in 1999 and now the largest tattoo festival organizer in the world, running more than 30 shows across the United States each year. Its events are built to showcase the full diversity of tattoo culture, from international icons to rising local talent, honoring tradition while pushing creative boundaries.
