Decorative Injections is a tattoo and body piercing studio in Athens, Ohio, established in 1999. The shop is licensed through the Ohio Department of Health and follows all state procedures and practices for body art to protect the safety of clients and staff. It operates as a small, intimate studio, and clients are asked to bring only one support person along to their appointment. The team includes tattoo artists Jim Kisor and Eric Pierce, alongside piercer John Holsinger, each reachable directly by email to discuss availability and pricing.
Tattoo clients are encouraged to email with a contact number, picture references, and details on placement, size, and whether they want line work, color, or black and grey, with an in-person consultation sometimes required for accurate quotes. The studio also offers a full range of piercing services with clearly outlined age requirements and basic jewelry options. Deposits can be paid online or in person, and gift certificates are available for purchase both on the website and in the shop. Aftercare guidance is provided for both tattoos and piercings, reflecting a straightforward, detail-oriented approach to client care throughout the entire process.
