Electric Rose Tattoo operates in Santa Maria, California, offering private appointments in a relaxed, personal setting. The studio is run by artist Paula Fisher, who brings over 25 years of experience to her work, having apprenticed at Permanent Illusions in Ridgecrest and later worked as a full-time artist and owner throughout California. Her tattooing background includes time at Back Door Studio in Sacramento and as owner of The Electric Rose Studio in Santa Maria from 2000 to 2010, along with registration to tattoo across Sacramento, Kern, San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Placer, and Santa Barbara counties.
Custom artwork is central to the studio's approach, with a portfolio spanning black and grey, color, realistic, tribal, and cover-up tattoo styles. Clients can browse an extensive photo gallery showcasing completed and in-progress pieces across these specialties. Paula Fisher has also been an active voice in the professional tattoo community, formerly holding leadership roles within the Living Art Association, including President, Vice President, Secretary, and Member Chair, as well as past membership in the Alliance of Professional Tattooists.
