Under The Skin Tattoo Studio offers a grounded, professional tattooing experience rooted in genuine craft and personal connection. Clients can expect a welcoming environment where skilled artists take the time to understand each vision before putting needle to skin. Given the studio's Kentucky roots, styles like bold American traditional, richly detailed blackwork, and expressive neo-traditional feel right at home here — artwork that carries weight, tells stories, and ages with character. Whether you're after something deeply personal or simply a well-executed classic design, the focus remains on quality and care throughout the entire process.

Muldraugh sits in the rolling hills of Meade County, just outside Fort Knox, giving the area a tight-knit, blue-collar character shaped by military families and longtime Kentucky locals alike. That mix creates a clientele with real appreciation for meaningful, lasting ink — commemorative pieces, heritage-driven imagery, and bold statements that reflect lives fully lived. Getting tattooed here feels less like a transaction and more like becoming part of a community.
