Shop owner Jerry "Fine Line" Mendoza has been tattooing for 25 years, drawing early inspiration from the street art scenes of Chicago and Oakland before building his career through shops in Davenport, Muscatine, and the Iowa City/Coralville area. Professionally trained and certified, he works across a wide range of styles, including traditional, black & white, blackwork, portraits, fine line, realism, patchwork, illustrative, color work, and blacklight tattoos.
