Sayan Tattoo Company is located in Historic Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, operating by appointment only. The studio specializes in custom tattoos, Japanese tattoos, traditional American tattoos, cover-ups, color work, Polynesian designs, and black and grey tattoos, along with permanent eyebrow tattoos, microblading, and eyebrow removal. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm and closed Sundays and Mondays. Clients work with a crew of individual artists, each with their own portfolio, availability, and contact information, and appointments begin with a free consultation to discuss the design before booking.
The studio does not accept walk-ins or piercings, and clients must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued identification. To book, clients reach out directly to their chosen artist by email with a description of the desired tattoo and reference photos. A deposit is required to secure the appointment, which goes toward the artist's design time. Located at the corner of North Washington and King Streets, the shop is easily reached by Metro, bus, trolley, ferry, or rideshare, with nearby public parking garages recommended for visitors arriving by car.
