Red 5 Tattoo was founded in 2014 in Virginia Beach, Virginia, when artists Carl Fuchs and Chris Garcia joined forces to open a shop of their own. With deep roots working throughout the Hampton Roads area, the two well-respected artists set out to build a studio centered on the highest quality of work, exceptional customer service, and lasting relationships with clients. The shop is designed to give its artists an environment that fosters creativity, and that founding philosophy still shapes how the studio operates today.
The studio is home to a roster of award-winning artists, including Ant Anderson, Carl Fuchs, Chris Garcia, Cliff Evans, Joven Dichos, Lorin Hay, Robert Beresford, and Walker Richardson, each maintaining individual portfolios of their tattoo work. Red 5 believes in quality over quantity, letting its artwork and professionalism speak for itself. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 10pm and closed Sunday and Monday, welcoming walk-ins, consults, and appointment requests.
