Ivory Tiger Tattoo Studios
1319 College Park Road, Summerville, SC 29486
Ivory Tiger Tattoo is a tattoo studio in Summerville, South Carolina, serving the greater Charleston area with custom designs, cover-ups, and portrait work. The shop is owned and operated by tattoo artist Ray Dwyer and staffed by professional artists who work full-time in the craft rather than treating it as a passing trend. Walk-ins are welcome alongside scheduled appointments, and clients can choose from thousands of pieces of flash artwork or collaborate on a specially drawn custom piece. The studio is open Monday through Saturday from noon to 8 p.m., with Sunday visits available by appointment.
The team specializes in a wide range of body art styles, including portraits, vintage designs, color work, and black and gray tattooing. Emphasis is placed on maintaining a clean, sterile environment and using high-quality inks and supplies to support strong healing and lasting results. The artists take time to listen to each client's ideas in order to create tattoos customers will be proud to wear for years to come. Gift certificates are available, and the shop has been featured in local press coverage of area tattoo artists participating in a major tattoo convention. Whether it's a first tattoo or a hundredth, the studio positions itself as a one-stop destination for tattoo needs in the Summerville community.
